It only took a few days for Monarcas Morelia to receive their first transfer incorporation, Marco Antonio “Pikolin” Palacios became a new Monarcas player.

The ex-Pumas UNAM center-back was a surprise inclusion in the club’s transfer list, and only days after new manager Alfredo Tena was presented, Monarcas Morelia made the move for Pikolin.

However, Palacios was not the only player to arrive to the Michoacan side. Jorge Villalpando, ex-Puebla goalkeeper, was also confirmed to be a new Monarcas player.

Morelia have already begun training ahead of the 2015 year.
