Toluca has informed Chivas they will not make valid their option to purchase Miguel Angel Ponce. The Toluca left-back has had an impressive run for Toluca while on loan from the Guadalajara side.
Ponce reached top-form, and he was a member of the Mexican National team while at the 2014 World Cup.
Likewise, Chivas has informed Toluca that they will not be seeking to purchase Carlos Gerardo Rodriguez, who was on a similar loan from Toluca. Instead, Chivas hope to land the player on a loan-renovation.
Ponce is just one player that Chivas hopes to land back from a season-long loan. Erick “Cubo” Torres could be another player that is on Chivas’ agenda to return.
